    This spring, we had a wonderful connection and we were invited to a tea ceremony at a tea master's house in Yokohama, where I was born and raised. The master has a full-fledged tea ceremony room at home, where she regularly holds tea ceremonies, so I was able to participate in a spring tea ceremony this time. We had thick tea and thin tea and delicious Japanese sweets wagashi. For thin tea, our organic Matcha, Practice Matcha Eco, was used. We were very happy that everyone said the tea was delicious.     \n MURASAKI-IMO IKINARI DANGO

    The chewy Ikinari Dango is a Japanese steamed confectionery made with a thick slice of Japanese yellow sweet potato, topped with a layer of red bean paste and wrapped in mochi dough. They originated in the Kumamoto Prefecture. There are a lot of flavours and we love Murasaki-imo Ikinari Dango especially!

    Ikinari dango es un dulce japon\u00e9s al vapor que se origin\u00f3 en la prefectura de Kumamoto y se elabora con una rodaja gruesa de boniato japon\u00e9s y anko, y envolvi\u00e9ndolas en masa mochi. Hay varios sabores y nos encanta Ikinari Dango de Murasaki-imo.
