How to prepare: Take one sakura blossom and soak it in warm water for 1 seconds o remove the salt. Place the petal in your tea cup. Pour hot water (90ºC) and Sakuchara is ready! You can eat the cherry petals. Sakuracha also can be used for many kinds of sweets such as jelly, mochi, yokan...etc.
