The Matcha House offers two types of PRE-MIX products. One is Chlorella Matcha. It is a blend of 50% Japanese CHLORELLA and 50% MATCHA GREEN TEA from Japan. Using natural Chlorella made in Japan and organic Matcha tea made by AOI SEICHA, one of the best Matcha tea manufacturers in Japan, CHLORELLA MATCHA was born to help professionals who want to cook Matcha tea at high temperatures without losing its deep green color. Our CHLORELLA MATCHA is 100% natural, made without dyes, preservatives or added sugars. This product is ideal for baking. The other is SWEET MATCHA. Sweet Matcha is a blend of high quality organic Matcha tea and sugar. It comes in extra fine powder. It is ready to cook and prepare both hot and cold drinks and smoothies. For the sweetener, tensai-to (beet-sugar) grown in Hokkaido (not genetically modified) is used. Bright light green colour.
