 Japanese product  Sakuracha is a popular drink for celebrations such as weddings or other special occasions in Japan. It is made with cherry blossoms pickled in salt and plum vinegar. Using pesticide-free cherry blossoms, no additives and coloring agents. Sakura-cha has a very authentic taste of Japan. How to prepare: Take one sakura blossom and soak it in warm water for 1 seconds o remove the salt. Place the petal in your tea cup. Pour hot water (90ºC) and Sakuchara is ready! You can eat the cherry petals. Sakuracha also can be used for many kinds of sweets such as jelly, mochi, yokan...etc. There are 70 to 100 cherry blossoms per 100 g.
